I’m a single chair suite located inside Phenix Salon Suites on the lower level of Towers Mall in Roanoke, Va! I specialize in dramatic color corrections, bright vivid colors & natural looking balayage techniques, but also know my way around a clipper! If you are new here, hi!! If it happens to be outside of business hours, I will do my best to respond during daytime hours! Allow at least 24-48 hours for a response back, as I may have late nights in the studio with clients or spending time with family at home 😊 The Hypnotic Hair studio is an all-inclusive, judgment free zone for my clients! I find importance in gender neutral services to make your appointments feel more affirming when it matters most. I also highly encourage a "silent appointment" request option if you'd like to just relieve some stress & not feel obligated to conversation. I will do my best to ensure you feel safe in our space, no matter what! For the safety of everyone involved & in the studio, I ask that your kiddos are kept at home unless the appointment is for them specifically. I understand things can happen sometimes, too! If you're unable to find someone to watch your child for the duration of your appointment, just please shoot me a text in advance so I can make accommodations adequately. I ask for all new clients to request a "Sit Down Consultation" before requesting any chemical services. For any cut or style questions before you feel comfortable scheduling, feel free to schedule a consultation, too! They're free of charge for the consultation itself. Or, you can send me a message if that's preferred! *Please be aware, if we book a chemical service the day of consultation, a $100 deposit for that service may be requested to reserve your appointment* Newly added to the studio is a security camera. The Phenix Suites location already has them in the hallways for your safety! I have added a personal one to my room for insurance purposes & to best ensure your safety (and mine!) in case of emergency. Any questions?? Cancellation Policy
Expect to be charged a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
2 consecutive last-minute cancellations will result in requiring a deposit of the total service amount before the next appointment is approved.
